Pregnancy is a beautiful time, but can also be a time of mental, emotional, and physical stress. Prenatal Yoga is a great way to strengthen your mind, body, and spirit. The classes will focus on breath, postures, and meditative practices that will help make you feel more at ease during your pregnancy and through the labor and birthing process and beyond.
Classes will be led by Dr. Annie Yeakel, D.C., a prenatal chiropractor and yoga instructor.
